Design Thinking (Creativity and Innovation Management)
Long-term sustainable success is highly dependent on how an organization makes use of the creative potential of its most important resource: its employees. This seminar takes participants on a journey to discover their creative potential and capitalize on it using the Stanford University Design Thinking process.
The methodology is applied in group exercises to a specific business case.
The over-arching agenda follows the Stanford’s University Design Thinking methodology:
You are able to apply the methodology to your own business case.
You can immediately implement ideation methods in your daily work routine.
You feel empowered to apply creativity to work challenges.
You learn to quickly identify customer needs in order to develop targeted solutions and products that are convincing from the user's point of view.
You profit from the hands-on business experience of an internationally-active lecturer.
The teaching and learning methods are a facilitated workshop based on a business case, discussions and presentations.
